What is Kondoly?
Kondoly is an MCST operations platform designed for condominiums and property management firms of any size. Unlike tenant-focused apps, Kondoly is built to help you run your MCST — from financial tracking and contract management to governance tools and resident services. We provide 17 management modules and 9 resident-facing features, all accessible via web and mobile.

How is Kondoly different from other condo apps?
Most condo apps focus on the resident experience — facility booking, visitor management, and community features. Kondoly is different: we focus on MCST operations first. While we include resident features, our primary focus is helping you run the building — financials, contracts, resolutions, voting, assets, and governance. We provide 17 management modules vs 9 resident modules, with built-in compliance, analytics, and 5-year record retention.

Getting Started

What do I need to get started?
Just a web browser and an email address. Kondoly is entirely web-based with no software to install. Sign up, add your condo details, invite your team and council members, and you're ready to go. The platform is designed for property managers who want to get things done — not wrestle with complicated software.
How long does onboarding take?
Most MCSTs can complete setup within a day. Basic configuration (adding your condo details, setting up user roles, and inviting council members) takes about 30 minutes. From there, you can progressively enable features like facility booking, financial tracking, and contract management as needed.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes, we support data migration from other condo management systems. Our team can help import your existing resident directory, unit information, and historical data. Contact our support team to discuss your specific migration needs.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, Kondoly includes a companion mobile app for both iOS and Android. Residents can book facilities, view notices, and access building information. Management users can also perform key operations on mobile, though the full management suite is optimized for web access.

What MCST management features are included?
Kondoly provides comprehensive MCST governance tools including financial tracking (management fund, sinking fund, reserve fund), contract and vendor management with expiry tracking, resolution recording, e-voting capabilities, council administration, budget management, and utilities tracking. These 17 management modules form the core of the platform.
What resident features are available?
Resident-facing features include facility booking, community notices and announcements, bylaw access, visitor registration, vehicle registration, and a resident directory. These 9 modules provide essential services for residents while keeping the focus on management operations.
Can I manage multiple condos from one account?
Yes, Kondoly supports multi-property management. Property managers can oversee multiple buildings from a single dashboard, with proper isolation between each MCST's data. Each condo maintains its own financial records, residents, and configurations.
Does the platform integrate with accounting software?
The platform includes built-in financial tracking designed for MCST operations. For more advanced accounting needs, we're continuously expanding our integration capabilities. Contact our team to discuss specific integration requirements.
Can council members access reports themselves?
Yes — this is a key differentiator. Traditionally, when a council member asks 'how many parking spots are left?' the manager has to manually tally spreadsheets and report back — often months later. With Kondoly, council members log in and see parking trends, financial reports, and operational data themselves in seconds. This data democratization speeds up decision-making and reduces manager burden.

How does pricing work?
Kondoly uses transparent per-unit pricing. We offer tiered plans: Free (basic features), UserApps (resident-focused features), Management (full MCST operations), and AI-enhanced tiers. Pricing scales with your condo size, so smaller buildings pay less. Visit our pricing page for detailed breakdowns.
What's included in the Free tier?
The Free tier includes basic condo information, resident directory access, and essential communication features. It's a great way to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. Upgrade anytime to access facility booking, financial tracking, and full MCST management features.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts required. We believe in earning your business month by month. You can start, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans are available at a discount if you prefer to commit upfront.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data is preserved when changing plans.

Security & Data

Where is my data stored?
Kondoly is built on AWS infrastructure hosted in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). Your data stays in Singapore, ensuring low latency and compliance with local data residency preferences. We use enterprise-grade AWS services including DynamoDB and S3 with encryption at rest.
Is the platform secure?
Yes, security is a top priority. We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant data isolation, AWS WAF protection, and regular security reviews. Each MCST's data is completely isolated from others.
Who owns my data?
You own your data. We're custodians, not owners. You can export your data at any time, and if you cancel, we provide a reasonable period to retrieve your information. We never sell or monetize your data to third parties.
Do you comply with PDPA?
Yes — we're committed to compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect only necessary data, provide clear privacy policies, implement appropriate security measures, and respect data subject rights. Our privacy policy details our data handling practices.
How does Kondoly help with MCST compliance?
Kondoly includes built-in compliance features: automatic 5-year record retention for all MCST records (financial transactions, meeting minutes, council decisions), secure visitor management logs with role-based access to protect tenant privacy, and audit-ready reports exportable for AGMs and regulatory requirements.
